               Persons with or without service connection with Tagkawayan WD (within jurisdiction)

              

What are the requirements?

-        1pc ID picture (1x1)

-        Proof of ownership of the house & lot or barangay certification proving ownership

-        Letter of authorization from the house owner if different name

-        Valid ID

Duration: 20 minutes on the application, but excluding the Briefing part which will usually depend on the applicants’ absorption and the waiting time for texting or calling after the survey.

Maximum of three (3) days on the installation.
